Bluebell Kitchen are mother and daughter team, Erica and Charlie Bell. We design and create beautiful wedding cakes, macarons and handmade patisserie and favours from our home based cake studio in Kent. Every cake, macaron and chocolate is baked from scratch!
Erica has always baked and even now Charlie can remember Erica baking and designing the most fun birthday cakes for and her sisters growing up. They included a pink army tank, a giant ladybird and of course the infamous fairy princess castle.
With a passion for experimenting with colours and designs we decided to set up our own cake design business. We have gradually expanded from delicious, bespoke wedding cakes into an ever growing macarons and patisserie range, as well as our well loved mini edible book cupcakes for publishers and book shops.
Whilst still juggling full time jobs with designing wedding cakes, Bluebell Kitchen won the prestigious Kent Wedding Award - Wedding Cake Designer of the Year. Now running Bluebell Kitchen full time we ensure that our clients receive the utmost personal service whatever the occasion.
