What inspired your career journey?
I know what it is like to have no idea how to cook, and now as a trained chef, I love taking people along a similar journey. Food is fun to share, and I love getting to know people through cooking and eating together.
What are your trend predictions for 2016?
More interest in food provenance, small producers and previously unheard of ingredients.

What would your best piece of advice be for someone beginning his or her planning journey?
Do your research and trust experts to help you. Sometimes my clients want to add personal touches to their cookery events, and even if they don't, they can relax knowing that the events we offer work really well and we have the details covered. It's so important when you're planning an event to have providers and organisers who you can really trust.
What's your favourite season, why?
Summer. Sunshine, drinks on ice, picnics. Sighâ€¦
