What inspired your career journey?

I chased a dream to become far more than a caterer. Seeing smiles on happy faces and witnessing the satisfaction of so many guests filled me with a passion to become my own boss and create a unique brand.

What are your trend predictions for 2016?

Street food will become the next "in style" banqueting. Smarter dinners. Classical food will be making a comeback. Champagne replacing Prosecco as the economy grows. Gin Fizz is the new Vodka & Soda. French wines are out, Middle Eastern wines are in.

Do you live by any motto or philosophy?

Work hard play hard - and enjoy what you do!

What would your best piece of advice be for someone beginning his or her planning journey?

To not overload yourself surfing the net, use experienced well-established planners to advise and use pin boards to inspire your ideas.

What's your favourite season, why?

Summer - because of the luxurious long days and relaxing evenings.
