What inspired your career journey?
My friends would agree that I‚Äôm not someone who ever does things in the ‚Äėconventional‚Äô way. So when I describe my cakes to someone and they say ‚ÄúWow, I‚Äôve never heard of that before!‚ÄĚ I get a kick out of that. My skill set has always been a blend of the creative and the technical and it brings me pleasure to exercise both through what I do.
What are your trend predictions for 2016?
I expect to see more and more adventurous applications of technology. With the increasing availability of consumer VR headsets I think will come a prevalence of immersive virtual reality experiences incorporated into events as well as more interactivity and guest participation through smart phones and tablets.
Do you live by any motto or philosophy?
I try to live by a happy-go-lucky motto imparted to me by an Israeli ice-cream seller: ‚ÄúLet it happen‚ÄĚ.

What's your favourite season, why?
Spring, because summer’s still to come.
P.S and just for reference, what's your favourite word in the English language?
