What inspired your career journey?
Food has always been a passion of mine and I am a creative person. This career has given me the opportunity to fuse the two. The saying goes: Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.
What are your trend predictions for 2016?
We’ve seen a growth in interest in mixology, guests are moving away from the traditional bar drinks. Fusions of flavour also seem to be a big hit with our experimental dishes and clients are becoming more adventurous with the dishes they choose for events.
Do you live by any motto or philosophy?
“Do the best. Be the Best. Being Second is not motivating”
4.What would your best piece of advice be for someone beginning his or her planning journey?
Budgets. Know what’s important and priorities what makes you happy.
What's your favourite season, why?
Spring into summer. The produce is always so fresh and colourful. It makes all our dishes look and feel exciting.
