David realised his dream of training to become a chef at the prestigious Leith's School of Food and Wine, where he passed his Diploma with distinction. He then went on to work for many established caterers such as Tony Page, as well as completing a 10 month stage in Patisserie in central London. His has now realised his longstanding dream of opening his own catering business and is thriving with each and every function he works on.
